Mission

Our mission is to plan activities which promote the professional advancement of young insurance professionals, and to encourage their involvement in IIAH.  We work to attract and motivate Young Insurance Professionals to become successful in their careers through educational, social and charitable events.

Highlights

• Organize fundraisers/charitable activities to raise money/awareness for local charities
• Plan social networking events for young insurance professionals to promote better working relationships
• Work in conjunction with IIAH to assist in targeting and recruiting new industry professionals 

Who is a Young Insurance Professional?

Any industry professional who is new to the industry within the last 5 years OR is 41 or younger.
