IIAH is volunteering with the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF). Our volunteers will help with their Veterans Cemetery Clean-up, which is a wonderful opportunity for networking and team building within our association, while honoring those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
All volunteers will meet on Thursday November 13, 2025 at the Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston TX 77038, where we will honor those who gave so much for our country by cleaning the headstones of their final resting place. Cleaning equipment and bottled water will be provided. You can bring your own gloves, if needed. Each team works together wearing company polos or t-shirts, (rubber boots are recommended as the grass is always wet and shoes, socks and feet become soaked after a short period). Photos of volunteer company teams are taken and shared for companies’ webpages and social media. At 11:30 am will will gather for lunch, which is provided to all volunteers.
