Exhibitor Guest Room Terms & Conditions
All Houston Insurance Day exhibitor packages include 1 complimentary guest room, room & tax only, at the Houston Marriott Westchase located at 2900 Briarpark, Houston, TX 77042, a smoke free hotel. IIAH has secured room block guaranteed through February 9, 2024. IIAH cannot guarantee room availability after February 9, 2024. IIAH will only pay for one room night per exhibitor (booth); however, if you need additional nights be sure to indicate in your check out date. The exhibitor is responsible for payment of any additional nights at a rate of $145.00 + tax for a single/double prior to February 9, 2024. All room confirmations are emailed to the individual for the reservation. All exhibitors are required to notify IIAH if not using the complimentary room, any name changes and all cancellations. IIAH does not automatically make the reservation for the exhibitor-IIAH must receive a guest room reservation form.
