For each exhibiting booth IIAH  provides 1 lunch ticket 2 seminar tickets (morning & afternoon), 1 complementary guest room for 1 night (room/tax) and 8 additional employee/staff badges.  All employees/staff of exhibitor must have a badge to be admitted into the exhibit hall.  Additional  badges maybe purchased for a charge of $15 per badge.  After January 19, 2020 all badges are $20 per badge.  No one is admitted to the exhibit hall area without  a  badge.  Each  exhibitor  will  furnish  to  IIAH  names of all persons  (complimentary and paid)  who will staff the booth.  Exhibitor badges are restricted to those employed by the company   reserving  the  booth.  Exhibitors  are  permitted  to  purchase additional  breakfast and lunch  tickets  for  employee’s  staffing  booths  at  an additional charge of $35 per person.  After January 25, 2020  an administrative fee of $15 will be incurred for all changes/transfers/substitutions per individual registration.  No lunch  cancellations will be accepted after February 12, 2020
