Jones & Smith Insurance Agency) who employ staff to sell and service commercial, personal, life/health benefits and who contractually represent multiple fire, marine, casualty or surety insurance carriers. Agency dues are calculated by the agency's headcount. Membership term runs September 1st thru August 31st.

  • Affiliate - corporate entity is any person or firm who has a bona fide interest in or renders a service to the general insurance industry (ie. insurance company, surplus lines agency, MGA's, premium finance companies, restoration, etc.). Affiliate dues are a flat $1,000. Membership term runs September 1st through August 31st.
    Please submit a complete list of employees to be included in your membership or have them select Affiliate Contact to create a profile.
Should you wish to register for an Event as a Non-Member, please complete your Non-Member Registration/Guest profile and proceed to the event registration.
