Whether you're new to workers' compensation or you need a refresher course, join us to review the basics of workers' compensation coverage, including Texas-specific coverage options, components of a workers' compensation policy, and workers' compensation rating and terms.

When writing workers' comp, classifying a risk is where it all starts. Accurate levels of coverage and correct pricing depend on understanding your clients' businesses and knowing how to properly classify a risk. Join us to discuss companion classifications, standard exceptions, general exclusions & inclusions, as well as, how to handle miscellaneous employees.

You will also learn about the key factors of experience rating, including an overview of the experience rating worksheet.  You will gain valuable insight into how losses impact the experience modifier, as well as how to manage the experience modifier.

This course is approved for 3.0 CE Hours (General - All Lines)
